Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother bought 2 dresses from there, one dress came undone at the seams but didn't notice straightaway. She took the item back to the shop and politely asked for a refund to which she was told no and given the run around by the very rude shop assistant/owner's wife/'more English person' (as My step father was told). Then the owner offered to let my mum exchange or give her another item to the same value but she rightfully had lost faith in the company by this time and requested the refund to which she was refused. My mum returned the following week to get the credit note as this was what trading standards had suggested as a solution only to be met by the very rude, aggressive sales assistant/owner's wife...... you get the idea to then be told she couldn't now have the credit note/exchange as the owner was not there and called my mum a liar and slandered my mother by saying my mum had damaged the dress on purpose! Outraged my step father recorded this incident and they left. Today they returned to the shop to see the manager and not the 'organ grinder' only to be told that he will now give my mum £10 off another purchase (so he has yet again moved the goal posts) to which she declined his pathetic offer! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SELL POOR QUALITY GOODS!
