Last visit ever. I went in today for an ee top up voucher and had just enough money for the voucher and not the mystery 50p for buying it. Normally when I am short on 20p or so the shop owner sometimes allows me to postpone as it’s never much. Of course one legally does not have to do this but what really annoyed me today was that I bargained with the foot shop assistant today to postpone the 50p fee and just charge me for the voucher and she verbally agreed and then put the 50p charge on the till and suddenly said sorry we are not allowed, clearly blanking me when I thought I was bargaining with her. Plus I am sure your not allowed to charge a 50p fee for an ee top up anyway.
