    Receptionist not interested in my wife's problem and very quick to tell you there are no appointments for two weeks. No thought about the pain of the patient in front of them or the fact that there are always cancellations in such a large surgery, so why not be helpful and say you will be contacted when an appointment becomes available.The reviews show a theme of por empathy. Are these issues followed up?

    The average waiting time to get an appointment via phone is 1 hour. On 27th April 23, my son had been poorly and can't stop crying from burning his vee, I started to call them at 8 o'clock but it kept making me stay in line and telling you will shortly get in through the unit at half past 9!! I needed that appointment because I believe it was an infection. after all the line didn't get through and I couldn't find any other contact number for them. They ruined our day and it wasn't the first time I experienced the same problem here. looks like you rang the parliament and the reception ladies are very busy to help.

    Called the doctor’s surgery on 14 April 2023 @ 17:30 To enquire about something and found the receptionist very rude, very stubborn and very unhelpful. They definitely need to be sent on some sort of training course to learn about customer service and gain some people skills when it comes to speaking to people.

    I moved recently from Hedon group Practice. It was horrendous at that practice. The service was awful. It shouldve been a good experience, but awful..... Ive joined Cottingham group practice and it is first class. The phone is answered within 5 minutes. And it runs like clockwork. What a difference.

    Average waiting time to get through is about 40 minutes via phone. Dr Kieran was the first and only doctor I saw. Cold, dismissive, disinterested and rude. After this experience, which I did write to the practice about (the msg went unacknowledged), I soon signed up to the other practice in Cottingham and am very pleased I did. I've so far had a much kinder and efficient reception.
