From start to finish, paul was excellent in helping my mother replace her fire place and fire. He delivered brochures through my moms letterbox for her to view at her own convenience and talked us both through the different options. His communication throughout the job was excellent and was always on the other end of the phone for any questions we had. I have recently been restoring an early 1900's fireplace, and bringing it back into use. COTAGE FIREPLACE were able to replace the missing parts, which had worn out through years of constant fires. The replacements appear exactly as they would have looked when new; but syncing in beautifully with the original material. A pleasure dealing with this company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly.

Paul was very helpful throughout, giving us advice and ideas and he clearly knows his stuff. The service was quick and efficient and we were kept updated as to fitting time and the progress of our order. The chaps who fitted the burner were quick, friendly, and very tidy. They did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with our new log burner. We still can't believe how efficient it is. We went for the Avebury burner and it is so easy to use. Everything was exactly how you would hope it to be from start to finish. I would recommend 100%. Thanks again Paul and team.

Excellent service. We waited for some time to install a chimney liner at the same time as roof work and Paul was happy to wait for that. Wood stove and new mantelpiece both look good. Paul spent some time showing how the stove works and checking it over. Waiting now for the cold weather to see how well it works.
