I'd like to share my personal review of Cotswold Pet Cremation. It's a topic none of us want to dwell on: the inevitable loss of our beloved pets. However, in early May, we had to bid farewell to our cherished companion, Pingo. While I knew I wanted Pingo to be cremated, I hadn't made any arrangements in advance. Our vets kindly reached out to Lisa at Cotswold Pet Cremation on our behalf, and made the arrangements for us. Within an hour of arriving home, Lisa called me to let me know that she had already collected Pingo. I must say that Lisa's compassion is truly exceptional. In times of immense grief, she is precisely the person you want to confide in. Her caring nature shines through, and it's evident that she treats each pet as if they were her own. With Lisa, you know your beloved companion is in the most capable and caring hands. When we went to collect Pingo's ashes, Lisa once again demonstrated her angelic qualities. Her compassion knows no bounds, and she possesses a gentle soul. I can't emphasise enough how highly I recommend Cotswold Pet Cremation. Their service is incredibly personal, caring, and compassionate. Lisa, in particular, is a true angel. I am eternally grateful to her for treating our little boy with such respect and for the solace she provided during our difficult time. She truly brightened our darkest days like a ray of sunshine.

At a time when you are at your lowest Ebb Lisa calls and gives you an immense feeling of love for your beloved pet. Our Pingo who was the love of our lives was supremely looked after with care and love which lifted us at our worst time. Lisa is an Angel sent to look after Pingo and guide us lovingly through an otherwise emotional journey. We have our little boy back now and the darkness has turned to light in the knowledge that an Angel came to us all. Thank you so so much we are in awe of your supreme spirit and so grateful we have become acquainted God bless you Lisa Roger and Debbie Jones

Cannot thank Lisa enough for the amount of love and care she gave our sweet Tangle yesterday. It's a beautiful place and she really treated us with sympathy and compassion from the first phone call. They really care here and it shows, it's as if you're leaving your loved one with family for a sleepover. Really shone a bit of light on a very sad day for us. We couldn't recommend higher to anyone who wants that bit of love at the end of their pets journey. From Jan, Alan & Lewis

Lisa was incredibly sensitive and supportive at a very difficult time and the location is calming and beautiful. Our dog was a very much loved member of our family and I felt comfortable leaving her in their hands, knowing she would be looked after and returned to us quickly. They offered exactly what we needed, wanted and what Molly deserved.

Lisa at Cotswold Pet Cremation took the very best of care of us all the day we lost our beloved 19 year old tabby cat Heath. I couldn't have asked for a more empathic, intuitive, warm hearted and kind reception from the moment we arrived. Lisa lifted us up and guided us through the cremation process with respect and professionalism. Best of all she rehomed our other tabby cat Harvey who hadn't had the same individual cremation a few years prior and was in a box. So the very same day ended with joy and tears of happiness when we got to bring home our two cats in their individually chosen sculpted wood cat bodies. She made the most difficult and upsetting experience into a wonderful cremation for our much loved cat. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I can't recommend her enough and will always be grateful to her. Fiona, River and Willow.

We recently lost our house rabbit Cuddles. The care and compassion that Lisa gave us was amazing. Right from first contact by phone to picking up our little man afterwards, Lisa was so professional and caring and this made our pain a little bit easier. We would highly recommend her to anyone that has recently lost a beloved pet. Thank you so much for being there for us all.

I first called Lisa when we were preparing to say goodbye to our beloved Cairn Terrier, Caidha, as she was coming to the end of her battle with cancer. Speaking with Lisa really helped put my mind at ease and I knew straight away that I wanted her to look after our little pup when the time came. She answered all of my questions and spoke with such compassion and warmth throughout. Such a kind, genuine person who just wants to help make a very difficult time that little bit easier. What was really special and important to us was that our children were able to be part of the process of taking Caidha to the property and Lisa was so welcoming and asked us to share our memories with her and reassured us throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending this service to anyone saying goodbye to their much loved pet. Linsey, Tom, Olivia, Jess and Gael
