Can't say more praises for Antonia, she's such a lovely passionate person. She knows all about mountain climbing and what would the right kind of footwear or backpack be for an individual, she takes time to attend and understand what a customer is after and what would be right for them. I was lucky enough to have been attended by her the first time unfortunately my husband wasn't. He was attended by 3 different members and not one of them was keen on getting his feet measured or understand what would be right for him for climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. It was very frustrating to going back 4 times to change the hiking boots as each time he was either given an incorrect size or wrong type of boots etc. The last time was when we managed to find Antonia to assist us and my husband couldn't be happier. We are so thankful for this little Gem, Cotswold is lucky to have you ❤️
