Racial profiling at its best! Walked into the Islington store, ignored by staff (who seem to reside behind the cash desk) then eventually approached by reluctant staff member with the most incredible nonchalant and “can’t be bothered” attitude … I asked if he could help me find suitable hiking boots and he asked me if I intend to do “proper” hiking … just embarrassing … offered no help, support or advice. If this business wants to stay relevant and profitable, change your attitudes and change your staff!
