Visited here after suffering with really bad blisters when walking. After scanning my feet for size and width I needed some new boots. A number of brands and sizes were brought out for me to try on. Ultimately settled on a pair of Merrell which were at the lower end of the price points in store. Had a walk in them yesterday and they were amazing. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will help to find the right fit for your needs.

Very nice shop and helpful staff. Experience though was very sales focused.when trying on shoes…I don’t need any socks thank you…“What most people do is also buy the socks you have tried on”. I don’t need any wax thank you “I’ll go get you some… here is the wax I recommend”. “My son has a pair of these actually and uses them all the time”. “Let me take you over to the desk (with the shoes) and you can pay for them here”. Even When Paying with card, written on screen, “would you like to make a 50pence donation…” It’s a bit too much and ruined the experience a little

Appalling service. I waited five minutes to ask a shop assistant for a shoe to try on and was ignored, despite several tries to ask for help. There were a few assistants about but they focused on offering help to older, male customers. Maybe they didn't believe I was actually there to buy. This felt an elitist frustrating shopping experience.

Fantastic customer service from Tom and Calum. I got a Patagonia jacket for Christmas and I noticed it had a hole in one of the sleeves. So I took it back and they informed me Cotswolds only had two left in the whole of the UK stores. Tom and Calum did everything in their power to get one as a replacement for me. They managed to reserve one from Scotland and arranged for it to be sent to me via Harrogate, and it arrived today. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had they both went above and beyond their job. Thank you both so much!
