    We came here for afternoon tea, walked through the gardens from the back car park and it all looked stunning. We then went through the front entrance to the reception and let the receptionist know that we were there for a booked afternoon tea. She asked us to wait around the receptionist area (Not much seating so had to stand around by the entrance). It didn't look like she told anyone and 15-20 minutes later, we were still standing waiting and no one had said anything to us. There was someone that was walking in and out of the restaurant area and walked past us several times without saying anything then eventually asked us if we were here for afternoon tea and brought us through to where we were sitting. We had a nice selection of tea's to choose from ( I had a smoky tea which was a new one for me and tasted surprisingly nice for what felt like drinking the smell of a bonfire 😄) before someone brought out our afternoon tea selection which all tasted really nice and couldn't fault. Food & drinks: Afternoon tea was very tasty and fresh

    My husband brought me here for a birthday treat. We had amazing treatment at the spa. The 2 ladies who did our massages were so lovely. The pool was lovely. Only problem was no hair dryer in changing room as it was broken. We stayed in the Longborough Cottage which was beautiful. There was a hot tube also in our own private garden. The hotel is near to lots of lovely places to go for a drink or uou can eat at hotel. Gardens are gorgeous around hotel.

    Already missing our stay!!! Everything about it was perfect. The room had exactly what we needed, the breakfast was lovely, and Chipping Campden was the most charming location. I definitely recommend booking a service at the spa, I did the 30 minute facial and really enjoyed it. In addition, don’t forget to dine at The Fig❤️

    A fantastic hotel with great facilities and incredibly helpful/attentive staff. The food was excellent quality, £10 for a singular scallop is dear but it was great. Lamb shoulder was as good a lamb you’ll have. Local cheese board was superb. Our room was a great size, lovely view, only hyper critical thing I could say on the room would be the decor was a little tired. The spa is good, small hydro pump pool, massage was good. Location is great, short walk to everything worth seeing. 4.5 stars for us ⭐️
