I took five parcels into Bridlington post office too post late Christmas presents I was asked what’s inside I told them Xmas presents and was told I could. Not send them for security reasons . All the presents were posted to ourselves from boots via RoyyMail I am disabled and have mobility difficultie.I think the so called ROYAL MAIL wants looking. At Lucky to get one ⭐️

I've never had an issue and always been served by polite staff. I avoid the 'rush hour' times as the queue's can be quiet long. As Brid has alot of coffin dodgers they're the ones that seem to take ages getting what they need but that's to be expected I guess. *Edit: New times advertised for the parcel pick up point Which is located through a door on the right hand side of the building as you're facing it. It's not in the main building itself.

Had to collect 2 parcels this morning when delivery had been attempted yesterday but not at home. I am new to the area so went to the post office on quay road to ask where the parcels would be . Her reply was “ the other door” I said where is the other door I am new to the area. She told me where to go. Got to the building to collect. I said I have come to collect 2 parcels please . The very abrupt reply was “ have you got Id yes I have which she looked at . Then she came back with 1 parcel and just passed it and again very abruptly went Ta and just same again with 2nd parcel Ta. Nothing else was said. How rude absolutely no customer service skills at all. Not a good start on moving to bridlington .

Pretty good on average but went to top up Gas/Electric cards but was told the machine they use to top it up only accepts cash. How the hell is a machine that only accepts a cash input and isn't actually wired into the payment system _like every other outlet that tops up gas/electric_ still operating I have no idea. Staff member seemed lovely but clueless.

of all the delivery compamys, Royal mail seem to think the customers come last. We frequently buy from the internet and most companys try to deliver to you a number of times if you are not in or give you options. Royal mail frequently try to deliver once then expect you to go into the town centre and pick it up yourself. Thats bad enough but the parcel office seems to be run for the convenience of the staff not the customers who have paid for deliveries. look at the opening times, 2 hrs on some days and completely shut on Wednesdays. What other business charges it's customers for a premium service , then stops them from getting what they paid for. Please note this comment is for the parcel service, our post man is great, friendly and delivers a great service.
