    Horrendously gone down hill with customer service. Andy has no management skills and completely no empathy and argumentative claiming they haven’t seen the car since September 2021 quite clearly confusing purchase date with work date! It says it all. I have spent over 100k at this dealership and now will never return. All the decent technicians have left as have the better staff, I can now see why!

    My 3rd new car from Cotswold and it will be my last. After a poor sales experience (was quoted on a 340i which i was then invited to take for a test drive only to return and be told the model wasn't available and the price had now increased for the facelifted model). I settled on an X3 but due to delivery delays moving the car back 2 months I found a 330E that was with Cotswold Hereford and they kindly moved the car across to Cheltenham. On the day I collected the car (Oct 22) it had a significant scratch on the drivers door which I was assured would be resolved quickly. Fast forward 3 months (Dec 22) and I had to chase it up myself & get the vehicle to the Tewkesbury site to have the scratch resolved. I will say the Bodyshop Manager at Tewkesbury (Paul) is an absolute credit to Cotswold. May 23 I reported that my air-conditioning wasn't working and was booked in for 12/05. One of the sales team lent me a car after I described my poor sales experience which I do appreciate. The car was in until 16/05 when I was called and told it was "fixed". Less than 24hrs later the car had no aircon again and when I called, I was told they now can't look at it and lend me a car until mid-June (I wouldn’t expect a car if it was routine maintenance). Given the product I am paying £700 per month for is defective I would hope they would try a little harder.

    Don’t normally leave reviews, however after having a bad buying experience from a competing dealership, I’ve Just received my new BMW from Luke at Cotswold BMW and am beyond impressed. They made the buying Experience so special while also being informative and knowledgable. Never had such a positive customer service encounter and will certainly be coming back for my next.
