Customer service is not the best, If I could give "- stars" I would have done, so disappointed with the company No turning up on sheduled appointments, No phone calls to inform the customer that they can't keep the appointment or even apologise for not turning up. Now after nearly 2 weeks of the rescheduled appointment we are still waiting for the quote. Clearly not interested in doing business

Terrible customer service ,the wrong quote was sent us. I was blamed for the mistake by a very rude member of staff We emptied all the rooms to be carpeted only to be told the estimate was wrong so ended up with no carpet at all Total waste of time. Would never recommend.

Had a bloke come out to measure up and give us a quote on Monday. He said we'd get the quote the same evening or the next day. Its now Thursday evening, they're closed, and after numerous phone calls to them, we still haven't been given a quote. We've just moved into a new house without suitable flooring and need something put down asap, so the delay in recieving a simple quote isn't exactly appreciated.
