"Did you use this business" - "No, but I really tried". Two weeks since I contacted through their website - no reply. 'Phone number diverts to "this line has been disconnected". I have to assume that they are an ex-caravan business: they have ceased to be. At least have the decency to shut down your website when you turn out the lights.

I'm really curious how this company has so many great reviews... The "service" we, erm... have received has been terrible! (The people that answer the telephone are polite and I fully believe they are doing their best). I'm constantly being told "the man I need to speak to is working off site". My husband emailed 2 weeks ago. No reply. I emailed 5 days ago. No reply. I called 3 days ago, was told "the man working off site" with be prompted to reply. Called at the end of that day. "Sorry, I will now escalate this to the manager". No reply. Called again this morning, more apologies, more "I will make a note that you'd like a call". And same again this evening. What's going on?? All I want is to know how much my caravan will be to repair with a view to booking it in. So, I guess this is the only way that my voice will count for anything (and I never write bad reviews). Very very disappointed.

A truly exceptional buisness. Turned my dreary looking 2005 motorhome into a work of art. They said it would look like showroom condition when it's complete and they weren't wrong. Having woken up one morning to find a long crack on the side of our caravan we really thought we would have to buy a new one. After careful research and some phone calls, Cotswold Caravans were recommended to us. From the start of the first conversation with Jeff it was clear he not only understood the problem but more importantly exactly what was needed to fix it. During the whole process Jeff's communication has been great and he answered all our questions to reassure us. After having some damaged caused to the GRP side panel of our almost new pristine motorhome and the rear ABS lower bumper panel cracked. We set about trying to find a company that could repair the damage to a very high professional standard. I spoke to at least 5 reputable company’s to discuss the damage and method of repairs. I was not filled with confidence by anyone that I spoke to until calling Cotswold Caravans and Motor Home repairs. Jeff the owner explained in clear detail the options for the repairs, he was able to describe the repair process to me so I was left in no doubt as to what would be done. He gave me a clear time line for the work and was able to take my vehicle in within a week of our first contact. Throughout the process of repair he kept in regular contact and even resolved a couple of other minor issues for me at no extra cost. On collecting our vehicle following the repair it was immaculate and looking like new again. The bodywork repair was better than I could have imagined even down to the fact that new decals had been attached and matched in with the vehicles original ones. I would highly recommend this company for repairs to your motorhome or caravan and cannot praise Jeff and his team highly enough for their dedication to you as a customer and their total professionalism in what they do. The cost of the repair was in my opinion very reasonable and the confidence that Jeff gives you on initial contact convinced us it was worth the 3 hour plus journey from Sussex to Cheltenham for the repairs.
