Great company to deal with. Starting with the initial visit from their agent Pat who was a mine of information and not at all pushy. On the first day of installation our fitters John and Steven were with us first thing and worked non stop at incredible speed. The first thing they did was block off the consevatory from the rest of the house so we were completely undisturbed by the work taking place. When they finished the following day the plasterer followed on and finished the job beautifully. The roof looks great and the room will be much more useful, the difference in temperature was immediately noticeable even before the insulation was added! In short a stress free installation at half the price that we were quoted by another conservatory roof company. Service: Roof installation

Although this company did a great job installing my roof 4 years on having problems with staining inside on ceiling. Company have agreed to replace 3 weeks ago but very disappointed in any further action since then. No calls or emails informing customer when this work will start. Very disappointed in communication to rectify this problem. Seem very efficient at taking money and installing but now so quick to rectify problems. Service: Roof installation

The name cosy roof sadly does not apply to my conservatory....its not searing warm in summer and we can't hear the rain anymore. However, its still like the artic in winter unless we have a heating bill sky high. I'm obviously disappointed after spending thousands of pounds. I would honestly say it was easier to heat with its old perspex roof. Most of the work done was quick and efficient. However, these people didn't show up on the day they said they would. Not a great start. A small issue months after was dealt with badly. I was told someone would call me to arrange a visit but six weeks later I was still waiting. Im just overall disappointed about the conservatory being freezing after all the money spent.
