So we were booked to stay here this coming bank holiday. Unfortunately, a global pandemic hit and threw things into the air, can we go can't we go. We held off any cancellation as the govt were bringing out regular updates regarding travel. When it became apparent we couldn't travel, we tried to cancel. This was met with a point blank refusal, and they also took full payment. This apartment was also happy to allow us to travel and use the place even during a national lockdown. I'm sure the locals would be thrilled with that. When we realised we were not getting any refund back of any sort, we asked for the ability to change our dates... This was met with the following reply:Hi, The dates for your stay are available, but I will not authorise a change of dates. Dave So this apartment will actively encourage the breach of a lockdown to the detriment of the locals. It will not engage with any conversation about alternative payments nor are they happy to help by allowing a movement of dates due to such unprecidented circumstances.

Everything you need for a break in york Park up and forget the car short walk to York Centre the apartment is well equipped with all you should need. And any extras sainsburys is just a short walk away.
