I cannot rate Carole and Cosy Paws highly enough as I received a first class professional, experienced and very caring environment for my girls who had never stayed in a cattery before! From the offset Carole was full of valuable advice, sent me updates and pictures of my cats and I was mightily relived knowing they were being so well looked after.Both are timid rescues, one on a special veterinary diet, but they remained happy and relaxed during their visit and settled back to their normal routines quickly and easily when I picked them up. My husband and I had to move into temporary accommodation with relatives while legal issues were resolved on our new home, the house included several dogs which the cats are highly nervous of. I reluctantly decided to put the girls in a cattery and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made.We had to keep lengthening our stay but Carole was always helpful, accommodating and supportive for which we are extremely grateful.There is nothing more reassuring than knowing your animals are in loving and expert hands !

We've just collected our cat, Tilly, from Cosy Paws, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service and kind support that Carole offers. Tilly is a rescue cat who we'd only adopted several months prior, so we were uncertain how she would adapt when faced with a week away from home. She came back in wonderful spirits and had clearly enjoyed her 'holiday' away from us! We've already booked Tilly in for her next stay - thank you so much to Carole and Cosy Paws for giving us the peace of mind to enjoy our holiday whilst our cat was loved and cared for whilst we were away.

Would highly recommend Cosy Paws. Our cat seemed very relaxed when we returned and settled straight back in at home. The rooms are lovely and clean and the surroundings are very peaceful. Carole sourced all of her usual food and administered her medicine for us. It took all the worry out of us going away and we will continue to use Cosy Paws in the future.
