Excellent shop. I came to cosy owl originally on a reccomendation from another candle shop. They have since been my go to for wicks and especially their range of candle dye chips and soy wax. I also had a query regarding an issue I had whilst candle making( not their products but something I had done), as I am new , and they got back to me really quickly with advice. Their website carries a wide range of candle making supplies from containers and moulds, wax and different types of dyes and fragrances, wicks sustainers and more as well as detailed descriptions on how to make various types of candles. The shipping is quick , everything is well packaged and products of great quality. Very happy with this shop and will continue shopping there.

Awful company - do NOT use! Unable to open my fragrance oils, and the customer care team (instead of refunding me) asked if I could cut the tops off.. after admitting they had ordered a bad batch of bottles..

*EDIT* I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 as I have received the full refund now after chasing up. I also want to add I received an apology for the reply to my review as I had NOT received the full refund and the mould was 2mm x 6mm out, NOT only 2mm. Happy it was resolved but I’m not sure I’ll purchase from this supplier again. - Very poor experience. Bought some wax melt moulds from here. The price for the items was fine but delivery was £7!? When the moulds arrived they were completely different from the description. I returned them and got a refund, but still wasted £7 for delivery for a mislabelled product. I won't be ordering from here again unfortunately. Customer service saved this from being 1 star.
