Not reliable owner himself..gave word they will take away all good and unwanted things, didn't turn up, last moment we had to do all by ourselves..we couldn't clear things in time to give away key to our owner..just cause of them my owner deducted £300 from my deposits

Had carpets fitted lounge & hall/ stairs today. Carpet pattern dose not match from 1 room to other. Fitters arrived just let themselves in didn't knock door or utter a word.1 went to go straight upstairs but was stopped by furniture mover. Fitters stunk of cigarettes had 3 fag breaks in 2 hours. We paid for them to move the furniture be we ended up helping 1st to arrive to move things. No consideration for person with a walking aid , had to stand in hallway with everything being thrown down stairs at us.
