I thought I had posted this review but no. So I am posting again. Called out Jim to look at the thermostat which had been replaced by another company. True to my suspicions the thermostat receiver had been incorrectly installed - the previous technician had wired a signal live wire to the permanent live. This meant that the thermostat receiver was switching on and off. Jim quickly rectified the wiring and got the system working. Jim came out at short notice after a busy day, when other plumbers were turning down work, and saved me money by not replacing the whole setup. Friendly chap and knowledgeable. Thank you. Found Jim by chance, but pleased I did! Professional, courteous, capable and efficient. And very cost effective, (esp compared to 2 other quotes!). Expecting the worst, actually got the best. Very happy - would recommend whole heartedly.
