The owner does not exist and one night we found the external door closed at midnight with two families left outside (the owner did not deign to answer for the rest of the holiday) for a total of 4 children in the middle of the street, one of which with temperature. We went without effects to another hotel at midnight and with dead mobiles having spent the day in London. No support and after the letter SENT by the lawyer we obtained a refund from booking. It is not in the center in the slightest but the only positive note is the bus stop under the house for the rest we were undecided all the time to leave immediately. NOT EVEN FREE... commendable the police support they were really helpful. (Original) NON Esistono ZERO STELLE ALTRIMENTI AVREI ASSEGNATO QUEL PUNTEGGIO. In foto sembra la casa del mulino bianco ma in realtà l'ho trovata sporchissima,danneggiata e le porte dei locali non si chiudevano. sicuramente non idonea ad ospitare una famiglia CON BIMBI . Il proprietario inesistente ed una notte abbiamo trovato il portone esterno chiuso a mezzanotte con due famiglie lasciate fuori (il proprietario non si è degnato di rispondere per tutto il resto della vacanza)per un totale di 4 bambini in mezzo di strada di cui uno con la febbre. Siamo andati senza effetti in un altro hotel a mezzanotte e con i cellulari scarichi perché avevamo trascorso la giornata a Londra. Nessun supporto e abbiamo ottenuto dopo la lettera MANDATA dall'avvocato un rimborso da booking. Non è nel centro minimamente ma l'unica nota positiva è la fermata dell'autobus sotto casa per il resto siamo stati con indecisi tutto il tempo di andare via fin da subito. NEANCHE GRATIS... encomiabile il supporto della polizia sono stati veramente disponibili.
