I recently ordered a costume for my son for world book day through the web site, i paid the extra for the special next day delivery last Sunday evening 27th Feb and i still haven't received our costume :( luckily i made a special trip into town to purchase a costume so my son didn't miss out on world book day. Between then and now i have tried calling the shop several times, but there's no answer. I've also emailed and messaged on the web site but i still haven't heard anything back, which is a worry. Money has been taken from my account, so i assume the shop is still trading. I'm really dissapointed and just cannot believe there's been no correspondence from anyone. So just a warning to anyone who may purchase online.....

Ordered and paid for an item for Halloween. They accepted the order and payment. They then inform me over a week later at 11.30pm that the item is out of stock "it is Halloween after all". Absolute horrible customer service. Joke of a company. "Thanks again"
