Nicki our tour director did a fantastic job. She listens and give instructions to 41 guests group tour. She makes sure everyone have a great time with a funny stories, explaining the historical place that we visited very good and give everyone snacks and small gifts. Adam the driver did excellent job also. Cost Saver is highly recommended. Enjoy the trip very much. Nicky and Adam go above and beyond 😇🤗👏🤩😍

My husband and I have used Costsaver Tours. We went on a 7 day tour from London, Paris, Switzerland and Italy. And our tour guide, named Steve Fowler was the BEST tour guide we ever had. He has so much knowledge in European history and very much in a loop in every place/country we visited. I highly recommend him and Cost saver Tours. Your life to travel would be much easier and less stress!

Although Costsaver cancelled the holiday at the last moment which was very disappointing the staff I dealt with were exemplary in helping to organise the original trip, and were without doubt the same with expediting my refund. A company I hope to use again in the future largely because the young lady agent made me feel secure that they had my best interests at heart, a rare thing in service industries today.
