Staff always really nice and very helpful and very down to earth. When returning items guys there are knowledgeable and take their time..never rush you which is good..as qs go down so much faster The optician side of store used first time this march and am so pleased I did as the young optician there..she gave me so much advice. Plus girls working there were great. My problem is I go to costco for fuel but never just get fuel!! I tend to bulk buy and freeze and finding am.making savings in the economic climate. Am going again today so God help my bank balance..again. The liverpool store I find meets all my needs and after visiting other stores in country even ones in america..I find the liverpool one best of them all.

very rude customer service over the phone, tried to explain to her the parking charge I got through civil enforcement ltd but instead of listening to me she was arguing multiple times that I was shopping in city center, which I never said. Avoid this Costco branch at all costs
