For a Saturday afternoon shop at Costco that was the best experience ever. Had to wait in line for ten minutes at most and then when in store it seemed less frantic than before the virus much easier to get around. Perhaps they should continue with the slow drip feed of people in after normally returns. ZERO ques at the checkouts. Weirdly the best Costco trip ever today. Love their food too!

Disappointed with the tyre department today, they insisted on putting the new tyres on the rear (despite the rears being a few thousand miles old and of the exact same make and model) but fair enough I understand this is standard practice so as not to create an imbalance of grip at the rear. For such a safety conscious company you then blindly wrote on the service sheet that 36 psi was put in all 4 tyres, when 35 & 39 is recommended by the manufacturer. Upon me checking the pressures I find they are 1) different across all 4 tyres, 2) not 36psi as stated 3) some random pressure which is neither what was stated on the sheet or what was recommended by the manufacturer. Either you are 100% safety focussed and these things should be accurate or leave it to me as a customer to make the decision how I wish to use my vehicle.
