Absolutely shocking service we ordered 40 pounds worth of food for them to mess up on a burger and refuse to replace it got told wouldn't be profitable for them to deliver us new burger fuming my daughter has had to go without. And had to order from another take away will never order from this place again

Spent £24 31st October 2022 the order come with a huge hair in the chicken tikka, plus the order came wrong but we was going to let that be but then we found the hair!! We called them back and then they refused to send the money back for the two chicken tikka’s!! Completely disgraceful

Ordered from this shop for over 10 years and never had any issues, our order tonight smelt and tasted strongly of chemicals, I tried to inform the store and request a refund only to be met with hostility. There is an extremely pungent smell from all the food which we cannot clear from our house. My mouth is burning after 3 bites of a cheese burger and I am seeking medical advice. I contacted the store thinking I was helping only to be accused of trying to get a free meal and was informed by the owner that they aren't bothered about reviews as they are only in it for the money.
