This man is a fraudster, a liar, con artist who has gotten away with it for far too long. He has made unauthorized repairs costing an additional £320 for repairing an appliance which is still in his possession. Now he is refusing to return item nor deposit. He initially quoted me £200 for parts and £50 for labour and now demands another £370 on top of £200 which Iv stupidly insisted to pre pay. This is thuggery, he is also a very rude and obnoxious person. why are trading standards allowing this man continue to trade?

Attempted to use them. I asked what the costs were, they told me there's no call out charge. They then text to say they would pick the dishwasher up the next day. I asked what the costs were. They said no costs, they do diagnostics then they send a quote. I tried to pin them down for a time that they would pick it up. It was very vague and when I asked what time I should expect the quote (as it was a Friday and I didn't want to wait up all night for a quote) they said 'after diagnostics'. Really unhelpful. They only then also told me that it was £40 for diagnostics - something they could have told me when I asked them what the costs were. Also, repeatedly calling me 'lady' after I had told them several times my name. Really disappointed and even though £40 seemed more than reasonable for a call out/diagnostic charge, it was the fact they kept it hidden to start with which made the whole thing seem very shady / dishonest.

Don't even bother to CONTACT this company. It will take your money twice and you wont get nothing. Mr Constantin or what his real name , he fixed my fridge ( or suppose to fix it) 3 times, and i payed him almost £500 without to see any receipt even i asked him to give me one. I called him to come back and fix my fridge and answered it after 2 months and said that it will cost me another £365 even a new one cost around £1000. The worst ''engineer'' possible but i dont think his a real engineer . Ps. Never turn up on time .

Liar, thief and idiot! Came for call out fee of £40 which I regrettably paid, said he would be back with parts the next day. After 2 weeks of hounding him he comes back and doubles the original quote he gave for the repair. This thief had no intention of completing my job, he came for the call out fee. Scammer!
