Why are they always closing far earlier than the stated closing time. This happens frequently! Just amend your closing times on google if that’s the case. The amount of customers I see pull up and have to drive away, not just myself. The drinks are usually fab here, the service needs improvements. Especially been located right next to the motorway when people like myself may just want a quick Costa on the way to and from work.

Absolutely the worst Costa I've been to. The staff are obviously not happy at work, and this reflects in their approach to customers. It's always closes early, and I see lots of people drive in and straight out again.

Disappointed, tried to buy a coffee today but it was closed and we got there exactly at 18:50 however on the website it states 8pm. This has happened multiple times, if the store is closing earlier or the hours have changed I wish it was stated!
