Customer service has always been a hit and miss. I Had a woman with an accent get annoyed when I questioned the simplicity of a drink... I asked if the refresher was just cordial, ice and tap water, then continued to say I won't get that next time. She looked at her colleague with her back to me like she was really annoyed. Made me feel silly so I called her out on it... morale: If you can't have a simple conversation with a customer, or if you want to take everything people say so personally, maybe you should not be a barrister.
