Absolutely disgusted by the stench of dirty urine in the unisex toilet. I have smelled worse urinals at a festival! When you charge ridiculous amounts for a cup of coffee Costa.... Pay someone to Clean! The toilet clearly hadn't been touched in a week! DISGUSTING Wish I'd seen the loos before I purchased anything. How dirty us everything else I wonder? The decor is dated and dirty. Windows are dirty as is the street outside! Fag buts and coffee spilled everywhere. Shall NEVER return.

Drinks are the same on other costas, the staff in this one seem very downtrodden and not a smile between them. The westwood cross one has fantastic staff who feel like they are happy to be there and serve you. At this one you feel more of an inconvenience. Will stick to the independent coffee shops next time I'm nr here. Can't fault the westwood one though
