I've been with this surgery for over 20 years. It has NEVER been so bad. Over the years it has got gradually worse and now the "pandemic" has become ideal for them to use as an excuse for this poor service. Do not bother if you have anything of serious concern, you will have to wait over 1 week (at least) for a telephone consultation as they do not do any in person visits prior to this. No wonder A&E and minor injuries are inundated - people cannot even see their GP in a timely fashion.

10 days ago and before I run out of medications, I called the practice and have been advised to suspend the new online pharmacy as it will take long time for processing and they have advised me to send an email requesting them to send my repeated prescription to a pharmacy near me. The online pharmacy overrided my consent and the practice ignored my request. I am orthodontist and nhs dentist myself and was too busy to collect my medications. Today, I came to the pharmacy near me to collect my prescription as advised but the practice has sent it to the online pharmacy. The entire day since 10am until 5pm and my prescription is not yet signed by a GP. No one from the staff wants to go to GP office requesting to sign my repeated prescription as I will be out of medications tomorrow. I have 800 Orthodontic patients. I don't understand how do we leave a patient without medications. They really may need to improve patients management. Thank you guys!

I always wondered why they barely answered the phone, so I once stood there at the reception calling them. Two staff at reception ignoring the phone, even pointed it out that it was ringing. Another occasion I wanted to report my arrival, before the digital booking system. They (two staff) let me wait at the reception, it was more important for them to fill the kettle with water, than speak to a patient! I left the surgery.....

I was tested positive for COVID 19 within a few days I received a telephone call from the surgery asking how I was. After 2 weeks I was still feeling unwell I contacted the surgery. The receptionists which I spoke were extremely helpful and polite. I would like to thank them for their help in these difficult times.
