Just had our order tonight while the pizzas and chips was absolutely delicious the garlic bread was awful it needed more garlic butter and it was in the bag for too long so it was wet and tasteless.

This place was shut down a couple of years ago due to bad hygiene practices and I think that stigma has just stuck locally with cosmos, on a fresh slate,the shop isn't exactly the cleanest as you walk in but nothing more than you would expect from a kebab shop on a Friday night. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the menu choice is extensive from kebabs, pizza's, burgers, chicken with reasonable prices...the food is ok but that literally is just a basic ok , overall a lot better competition in the local area, but not the worst as some people would imply

Honestly the worst take away. My food was frozen still on inside. Jalapeño cheese things were not the ones shown on website. Pure mush soaked in oil. I returned to shop and manager refused refund and was very rude and aggressive. He said they do not refund on cards and he can’t give me cash refund. Would never go back. Poor food and terrible customer service.

Ordered at 4:50, chased at 6, half the order arrived at 6:30. Called to complain, they blamed a lack of drivers and fact they are in basildon. Could give me a time the rest of the order would arrive....arrived at 7:50. No apology. Awful

Orderd jalapeño cheese bites and they were all mushy and broken up in the box when they arrived.... tasted of very old oil. Kebab was full of grease... the whole carton and wrapper was dripping in grease... Food very very poor quality... not even hot.
