They have got one hour dining time. If you want to be here to spend some time and eat then it's not for you. Buffet should be eat as much as you can without time limit. That's so frustrating.

I would like to first emphasize that this review is based on American taste and expectations. My wife and I were looking forward to our first UK buffet experience and COSMO appeared to fit the bill of a clean upscale buffet restaurant. The first impression upon arrival is that the pictures of the restaurant on Google are true. It is clean, and food temperatures were being checked frequently by the staff. The presentation of the food was good. However, the quality of the food missed the mark for me. The cuts of meat at the meat carving station were all overcooked, the sushi was mostly all rice, the meat used for other dishes were most cheap cuts. The Indian section with the different curries was the best of all the "international" cuisines. At this point, I started to look for the salad section, which was limited to very few veggies. I gave up after 20 minutes of 105 minutes of time limit. This buffet and its various options were a disappointment for me. The service and decor were all good. In fairness to the restaurant, the other patrons appear to enjoy the whole experience.

Really dissappointing! Plates and cutlery dirty, only on 4th stack of plates could find one that wasnt greasy, floor sticky when walking which suggests there the situation was same. Food was decent but I will not visit again.
