I had my septum pierced here yesterday on an impulse decision after just finishing my 3 year breast feeding journey with my autistic daughter (best piercing choice I’ve made) and it was the best experience I’ve had. I am so glad that my first piercing after such a long time was here! I’ve had 12 piercings, this being my 13th and everyone was so incredibly friendly and professional and made me laugh. Jim was so so amazing, I was told exactly what was happening, step by step and what everything was and what it would do and was shown everything so clearly. Had consultation booked with Ryan, got cancelled. tried to re-book and told he was leaving. Messaged to find another artist, booked with Ayanjjal for today. Arrived for appointment, waiting for 30 minutes before I was told. “Oh she’s not in” they called her and she had forgotten. No offer to come straight in, no offer to book me is asap, not even a call or email from the artist to explain. Just told I could continue my consultation via email if I wanted. With this level of poor service why would I try a third time to book? Following the comment from the studio I should add she was not ill, she said on the phone she forgot to check her diary. They also had my email address but no one bothered to contact me.
