Awful customer service. I went to sort out my car tax and the very rude, very unhelpful, dark haired woman ( didn't get her name ) practically accused me of fraud. Even her colleagues looked away as she was talking at me. How this woman is in a customer facing role is quite astonishing. I will never go there again. I was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. Horrible experience with horrible people. The only exception is Karen, who is amazing and deserves to work in a far better environment than this place. Avoid if you can.

I went there today for the first time and will be my last, the staff that served me was very unhelpful and told me to tell her which international drives license I wanted and me not knowing what I was actually looking at in the end when I got home it was the wrong one I was angry and went another post office to get the correct one

Poor customer service, really unhelpful member of staff when I was asking about a new service by Royal Mail. She told me to read the leaflet, couldn't be bothered to ask a colleague for information. She was a really rude, abrupt, arrogant woman.

All the staff there are lovely and friendly, one of them saved a couple of coins for me because they knew I was coin collecting. Definitely one of the best post office out there. I always refuse to go to the at commercial and go here instead because of you lovely staff.
