Absolute joke of a company. Don’t bother wasting your money! I paid for a home buyers survey and there were a couple of items listed in Amber. It stated in the survey that “a sample of windows had been tested and found to be of satisfactory condition”. I picked up the keys and found that most if not all of the windows don’t open properly and drop off the hinge or aren’t sat in the window frame and have a gap between the window and the window frame that you can put your finger in, when the windows are fully closed! I have put a complaint in to the company and they say that what happens between the survey and completion is out of their control! There is no way that the windows have deteriorated so quickly throughout the whole house in the space of 6 weeks! And they also say that they are not responsible because they were listed in Amber as some condensation was noted in some of the windows! When the issue with the windows not sat in the window frames is nothing to do with condensation. They also failed to find that the ceiling in my living room is bowed, so is sagging in one section! Absolute pathetic company who want nothing to do with you and accept no responsibility for anything after they have taken your money! STEER WELL CLEAR

Rip off RICS Report took a joke 7 minutes in my house for a £325 Report & only lasts 3 months, an 11 month old new build. Devalued my property from £245,000 to £230,000 calling it a premium on newbuilds, a showhouse everyone wanted in 1 day of advertising but I couldn,t let it go loosing at least £15,000 for other houses the same on my estate were £250,000 20k more, not as nice positioned as mine. Thanks to Cosey Homes I can,t move!!! Im stuck here or loose £15-20k!!

Big big credit to Ms Kit Lam from Business Developement Team, she is dedicated, very responsive, professional, polite and helpful. We are grateful to have her following our case. Another credit goes to Mr. Alan from RICS Surveyor team, he is responsible and professional, he carried an in-depth inspection in the property and able to spot out all of the minor to critical issues. Their Admin team also delivered report in a timely manner. This is actually our 2nd time to appoint Cosey Home as our surveyor, as Alan helped us to identify the structural damage in the building and we can keep away from it, and we appoint them again in our 2nd offer. Even the property was in good condition, they are able to find out the small issues. Words can’t express how much I enjoy their service, you can assure Cosey Home can deliver an outstanding service and I have trust in their team.
