I have made contact over many months with the UK rep of Cortizo following the poor installation of the CorVision sliding doors. In particular Martín. Despite them being fully aware that one of their installers (Klosen) lacks adequate skills to instal the Cortizo product with Martín telling me in writing that they require training, they continue to capitalise by allowing them to install the product without the required skills, resulting in financial loss to the customer. Cortizo's answer is to recommend another installer - but provide no assistance at all nor have they given the training mentioned resulting in another customer experiencing the same issues I highlighted to Cortizo. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND/PRODUCT. Photos showing water in the track when it rains and does not drain out, as well as the doors left with the packers in due to Klosen fabricating them onsite. Literally I could have done a better job with a Tesco bag and a toothpick!

We are having the same issue as other individuals who depend on timely delivery goods. We are without a home with our baby until Cortizo delivers a key item to our fabricator and it’s been promised. Apparently supposed to be on the last two shipments but never came!

It’s very interesting to see other people’s comments and feedback. I complained to Cortizo as well, but they just said it’s not our problem, speak to the fabricator! So I did that and the fabricator said it’s not my problem, speak to Cortizo!!!
