I purchased my pram/buggy system then later a next stage car seat. The staff are very helpful & friendly, they offer the best price they can at the time & I found them to be very competitive with the internet. It’s a small shop but they have a lot to see, I think they are really great.

We travelled 200 miles to visit this pram shop to look at a specific brand/pram unit. Willing to potentially make a purchase there and then on the day, we were taken aback when we noticed that the lady serving us seemed to be constantly keeping an eye watching other customers within the store (it wasn't overly busy at the time and there were other shop assistants present so this confused us) rather than focus on us as her customers infront of her. When I asked questions I sadly felt like I got quite vague responses rather than any kind of up selling or pointing out of particular USP's of each pram for comparison. We really were looking for expert guidance and in depth product knowledge from a specialist store like this, rather than feel like we have to constantly trawl through information on the internet. We left feeling like we didn't recieve the kind of detail and comfort needed when making such a huge purchase (potentially up to the £2k mark). A real shame when we had traveled so far especially to visit and also emailed the shop in advance to check stock etc. My friend had a much better experience 2 weeks ago in this store so I can only hope it was an off day but sadly I felt let down today on what could have been a very special day picking our babies' pram.

Popped in for a teether, friendly staff and a nice selection. Staff noticed our wheels were "locked" and asked if it wasn't easier for them to be on swivel. I explained one of the wheels had a habit of sticking, and she offered to pop some wheel grease on for me. It sorted the problem out perfectly, I appreciated her going above and beyond. Will definitely return for any baby products/gifts in the future.

Excellent shop in Edinburgh for especially all your baby equipment needs. A friendly helpful service and the ladies are only too happy to demo and explain the equipment, prams, cots, car seats etc. Very good on price too and they offer a great service for collection, delivery and even holding items for you until you are ready for them. We purchased a Nuna pram and car seat bundle from them which was on offer and a Joie next to me cot. Very happy with everything. In addition they gave us a complimentary photo session in partnership with Venture photography which is kindly appreciated. Highly recommend this shop.
