    Was charged £34-40 for three 8oz filet steaks today. Two weeks ago the same steaks were£27. A 25% increase over fortnight. WOW.I won't be back anytime soon.Their meat is good, but not that good.

    Bought some scampi then found that it was £2.05 more expensive than another well known butchers in the town. Don't think I will be visiting there in the near future .

    I emailed them, told them their beef isn't grass fed they said it was I assured them it wasn't as it was glowing pink. What you'll find is if it has been on grass it's been bulked with filler at the end. Meal and corn last load of months. I mean the beef is pricey it's shocking they get away with it, I mean if their meat wasn't tenderised to the point of paste it would be inedible. I fed the rib eye which I think was rump to the dog the sirloin I ate wasn't great. Needless to say il never be back, grass fed more like bulk loaded with weight gain.....
