The inscription on a stainless steel plaque supplied a short while ago by this trader faded badly very quickly. On taking it back they agreed it was not satisfactory and offered to re-do it using a different technique. However, as the fault came to light so soon after collection, and I had lost confidence, I opted for a refund, but this was refused point blank. They seemed unaware that within a 30 day period the purchaser is entitled to a refund in respect of faulty goods. In the end, agreement could not be reached, so I left, out of pocket, and have now found an alternative solution. It was not a positive or consumer-friendly experience.

Absolutely discusted! Had a ring specially made for my Hubby's birthday! Looks nothing like the pic I gave them! The liars used their daughters pretend suicide cus they were hungover! How sick! really beautiful work from these guys. I had 2 rings to cut one of which they managed to cut down from a size Q to a size L and both fit perfectly and had been polished so were shining. I also had a broken necklace, it was so delicate I didn't think it was even fixable and they did a wonderful job. not the neatest I have to admit and I lost half of one of the smaller diamonds as it was so close to the break. but incredibly happy with the outcome. also the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming so all round I had a wonderful experience
