    Awful experience. Refused to hand over my yodel parcel despite it being there for four days. At first I was lied to and told it wasn’t there despite me getting reminder pick up messages from yodel. They insisted that because I didn’t have a barcode that it wasn’t there. I spoke with yodel and they told me the parcel was there and that I didn’t need a bar code. I had to threaten to call the police just to get my parcel handed over. This shop had me walking up and down many times when I’m very sick. I needed the item to relieve my symptoms. It seems like that want the yodel service but are annoyed by how many people send their parcels there so they go out of the way to make peoples life difficult.

    YODEL DELIVERY SAID THAT THE SHOP WILL CLOSE AT 11pm and that I can collect my parcel between that time, but SHOP CLOSES BEFORE 9pm! I've been trying to chase them two times now and I always arrived 10 mins before 9pm but they are already closed! UNACCEPTABLE!
