If I could give 0 stars for this particular company I would ! Have been asking for a final invoice for a change of tenancy from over 18 months ago - received a final demand today. Phoned customer services and the final invoice miraculously arrived whilst I was on the phone to the advisor ?? Didn't receive the invoice by post as they had sent it to an incorrect address .

Friday 3rd March 2023 Corona Energy had everyone connected and working by end of Monday...the engineer was professional and inspected every one of the 10 flats...Operations Officer kept in touch all the way...and is now working on a solution unfortunately Corona were very badly mislead...by Freeholder... Monday 27th February - Regents Court Corona's management team acted swiftly, Director called on Friday evening, had engineer on site Sunday morning, hopefully finishing re-fitting of commercial meter today. Response was swift and constructive...also kept us informed all the way...thank you Corona Energy... Corona leaves 10 flats with families in Whetstone, North London without Gas...so no heating or hot water..and its 5 degrees today...the residents aren't even there customers...when informed of what they have done...there office manager said 'we won't do anything to rectify the situation, sorry '...have they no sense of morality...CEO should be ashamed...picture shows sloppy Gas Engineers work...who were informed by resident not to disconnect we have a 3 year old daughter and one of the residents is old and vulnerable...they carried on...took the meter out and drove away...no identity cards or PPE...how do they sleep at night...

It’s been 4 days since they cut our gas supply by mistake. I have 2 small children under 4, freezing cold with no heating or hot water and no one is rushing to change anything. 10 flats that paying bills left with no gas because someone made a mistake and refusing to take the blame. Disgusting!!

Have been with Corona for a good few years now and just come across their reviews. I was shocked. Our view of Corona is that they have offered excellent service for our business and great value too. Always a british person on the end of the phone. If they are Indian they are not Corona Energy but fraudsters. I would not hesitate in recommending Corona to other businesses. Maybe they are not good for domestic energy where most negatives are...
