It says a great deal that I'm giving Cornwall Stairs 5 stars even though they forgot to manufacture our staircase... On delivery day we called them to confirm and they said that they'd misplaced our order an the stairs wouldn't be ready. To their immense credit they had the stairs ready only a week later and the work they put into get everything right thereafter was hugely appreciated. We have an old farmhouse with a very tight hallway and they managed to produce a millimeter perfect set of stairs that also look incredible. We're very grateful to the whole team for all their hard work.

We recently had a staircase fitted by Cornwall Stairs. From start to finish all staff were helpful and friendly. We have limited space and head room but that didn’t phase them and they came up with a great workable solution. The fitter installed the staircase with care and attention to detail even making small changes as he worked to give us exactly what we wanted. The office staff were also very professional and helpful. We’ve ended up with a lovely oak and glass staircase that works well in our small chalet and all at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Despite living in an old cottage, with stone walls and crumbly plaster, our fitter Ben, managed to do a magnificent job by getting over a number of problems with great skill and fortitude. Nick and his team at Cornwall stairs were totally professional right from the start of the whole process to the completion of the installation of our Glass Balustrades. The girls in the office kept me updated throughout the whole process and always replied to any emails or phone messages promptly. The installation team did a brilliant job fitting the Balustrades. Russel who did the installation takes great pride in his work and did a very professional job. He is also a very tidy worker cleaning up as he goes along. I would recommend Cornwall Stairs all the way .

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, just a first class service from start to finish! We had our stairs refurbished, Nick came and did a couple of site visits, discussing our options every time. Contacting the office about times, dates and details for the work to be done couldn't have been easier too... Russell arrived to refurb our stairs and you couldn't have asked for a nicer, or more knowledgeable guy! A pleasure from start to finish and even helped with recommending which oil to use for the oak as well as which was the best primer too. After Christmas we had a squeaky step, so I contacted the office again, Nick popped out to have a look and then the following day, Russell was back to rectify the issue. I have to say that from the initial meeting, through the decision and fitting process and then the after sales service too, these guys are first class, very professional and a joy to de with.
