So far I've been waiting over a week for someone to contact me and offer an appointment to sign up for a motability scooter. I know the make and model I want and made that clear in my emails. So I'm stuck pretty much housebound as there's no other motability scooter dealers in this area. Not impressed so far! 😒 In reply : It's amazing how fast you get back to people when they post neg reviews.. 🙄 Ive got delivered emails in my out box from Tuesday last week (that makes it over a week as you seem to think I can't count) as I told you on the phone. Im quite happy to prove this. I have also rung around other motability centres in Cornwall and while the don't cover my area they have all said they would have sent someone out/ arranged an appointment straight away. I certainly would not have been told I would have been contacted "when you get around to it". They all have covid safety implemented too btw.
