Travelled from Hertfordshire and booked an overnight stay locally to have an introductory flying lesson here, staff struggled to find my booking and when I got there the plane had an issue so they cancelled my booking, wasting my weekend. It is understandable that issues arise with planes but to not have any as backup is just poor planning. I didn’t find them to be particularly apologetic about the situation either, very quick to dismiss without considering other solutions. Unfortunately I can’t recommend based on my experience.
