We where taking a mini break in Falmouth, and came across this fantastic Art gallery, the lady that assisted us was so helpful and pleasant we felt very comfortable looking and of course we purchased a lovely painting. They delivered as promised in two weeks, very well packed. We are extremely pleased with our purchase so thank you all. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Called in to This art gallery yesterday, as we were looking for a spacfic framed picture that we had seen previously when we were in Falmouth, but guess what u lost a sale, from the moment we walked in I sanitised my hands, then got absolutely balled at from a very rude lady from behind the counter, santize your hands, said I had just done so, not talking to u, the people behind u, wow what a welcoming, there was no please or thank u, there are ways of politely asking your customers if they would kindly santanize your hands, which I may point out at the moment there is no legal requirement to, it is down to the individual customer, also this is not the first time we have been balled out by this very rude member of your staff, if there was a naught for this women working here and her rudeness, I would definitely choosing that, may be a course on customer service would be good

So sad. We came here in the spring and the lad serving was so nice - couldn't do enough to help. It was his 18th birthday and we had a lovely chat, then bought three pictures and got them framed. We live locally and are moving house so went back a few weeks ago to buy some more pictures - to be greeted by the lady behind the counter of the empty shop SCREAMING at me to put a mask on. I would point out that this was before the government mandated mask wearing agin so there was no legal requirement for this. I explained that I am exempt from wearing a mask as I have extremely bad breathing difficulties, but my husband had a mask on. This was not good enough. My general advice to the owner is that if you treat your (fully vaccinated) customers like they are carrying the plague and scream at them when they try to some in - they go somewhere else. As for me - I will never set foot in this place again on a point of principle.

I don't buy pictures often, but couldn't resist this gallery. Pictures from a variety of artists all very different and quirky and the staff where very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a visit when in Falmouth.
