Have alway had good service. The doctors are very professional empathetic and kind.. I have been with cornerways for about 27yrs and have faith in all the doctors I have seen. My only complaint is you cannot get passed the receptionist unless you divulge the reason for your visit no matter how personal. Could someone enlighten me as to whether this is compulsory please

I had a telephone appointment with Dr Tom Staunton. He didn’t rush the consultation and gave me time to explain my issues without making me feel I needed to rush. He listened to what I said and gave me several options to take things forward explaining why he suggested them, thus allowing me to make an informed choice on what to do next. Giving patients time, albeit via phone, is so important; not just to the patient but to getting a correct diagnosis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impossible to contact. Impossible to get a face to face consultation. Impossible to get a phone consult unless you are prepared to wait 3 weeks! I’m going elsewhere-this medical centre should be ashamed! Total lack of care!
