Been with them for 5 years, and for 5 years they have been horrible. - never on the phones - booking appointment is nearly impossible - reception is incompetent and not helpful - prescriptions not easily accessible - doctors don’t call on time - appointments when available are ridiculous times

I don't usually write reviews but after seeing so many negative ones I felt compelled to, because honestly they're the best doctors I've ever had. I've seen various GPs/nurses/healthcare assistants since I've been with them (ongoing health condition so I'm there a lot) and with the exception of one nightmare doctor a few years ago they have all been wonderful. They've shown patience and empathy over my needle phobia when I've needed blood tests, they've dealt with everything efficiently but without making you feel rushed and no doctor has ever forgotten to follow up with me via phone or even text which is really convenient. The whole "ring at 8am" nonsense is the same everywhere now and it definitely needs looking at but until we get a government who will get our underfunded and overworked NHS back on its feet I think it's as good as we'll get...at least with Cornbrook you can book a phone appointment within a couple of days online and if they need to see you in person they'll arrange it all for you. Also worth mentioning - GP reception staff get a hard time everywhere and here it is entirely unjustified - they're kind and helpful and I've seen other patients be rude to them repeatedly and somehow they always manage to keep calm and respond appropriately. Keep up the good work everyone and know that there are lots of people very grateful for your hard work and your kindness. Thank you.
