I brought a Cormar Carpet (Apollo Plus) 3 years ago when I first moved into my house, unfortunately for me I chose the wrong colour (due to a change of circumstances - 2 dogs and the surrounding outdoors of our house being sandy soil) I changed from light grey (as it was grey and white fleck was turning sandy red from the dogs and the weekly stair clean was getting too much with my medical condition) so I went to a dark grey but went with another manufacturer well that was only down a year and it was flat (big mistake) and my previous carpet being Cormar didn’t go flat in the 2 years I had it down, so I happily came back this time I chose the rustic clay 55oz Berber carpet . Honestly the carpet is such fantastic quality I’ve had two rooms done so far and the other room with the old carpet (not Cormar) feels flat and hard! So pleased! Will forever be a Cormar Customer.

What a very poor quality carpet. We bought a new Cormar carpet and had it fitted just before lock down 2 years ago. It was one of their Supersoft brands made up with synthetic fibres. After two years of use it is flat, it looks 20 years old. It is the worst carpet we have ever bought. it cost us nearly £2000 and its horrible after 2 years. We asked the carpet supplier to come and have a look and go back to Cormar for comment and maybe replacing or compensation, because we will be changing this pile of ****. Cormar told the carpet supplier they would do NOTHING as its 2 years old. But it was flat and dead in 1 year, but lockdown prevented us doing anything. I will Never ever buy a Cormar carpet again, because they make rubbish. sell rubbish and do not honour a 10 year wear guarantee. Do not waste your money on a Cormar carpet, because if it does not do what you expect, they will not do anything. What's happened to good old customer service. The carpet is not fit for purpose in my opinion and all their claims if quality mean nothing. we will be putting a new carpet down ASAP.

Cormar carpets are one of the leading carpet manufacturers in the UK their service and deliveries or impeccable but most importantly are the sales staff of truly amazing and so helpful happy and cheerful and a pleasure to talk to I've been using them for approximately 17 years we have a carpet retailers based in Ealing so I am used to dealing with these type of companies on a daily basis I believe they are ranked top of the list for suppliers and don't forget it's all English produced in the UK truly brilliant company and staff I look forward to a long-term business relationship with yourselves and once again thank you CORMAR !!
