    In addition to being very pleased with the bike I purchased for my son (a Trek 7 mountain bike), I was highly impressed by the friendly, excellent service. As well as the bike being prepared for collection with great care (it operates perfectly), I was particularly impressed by the expert advice we were offered by Simon. He explained to us everything about the bike, including the purpose of the derailleur clutch and the spacer to be put between the brake pads when a wheel is removed. As it is several years since I bought a new bike, I was unaware of these features. It was great to have every detail explained without having to ask.These days, excellent customer service is a rare thing. I am so pleased to have found a bike shop I trust, where I will go for all my cycling needs (as far as possible).
