Had house done 2021 but back wall patchy and cracking, phoned company but blamed applicator.have asked the applicator endless times over the past 18 moths to correct it but after endless promises still not resolved , neither applicator or corksol company honouring the 15 year guarantee which isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Have emailed the company as requested but still no response in correcting the imperfections. 😫

Corksol itself seems to be an amazing product when applied correctly. Please don't let Rebuild construction limited apply this product to your property. The worst and most dishonest builder that I have ever encountered, Samuel Mann made our decision to use Cork hell. Jamie at Corksol tried his best to get things sorted but ultimately it's the independent builder that you need to be wary of. Still waiting for snagging to be done by the applicator.. Rebuild construction, I would recommend Corksol but please do your research.

When this product is applied properly I'm sure it is great. However the supposedly trained applicator did an extremely poor job and the render started coming away from the walls immediately. After much persuasion they did a botch repair that neither worked; nor did it even colour match original application (the applicators brother turned up to do the repair who is not even approved) CorkSol themselves refused to honour their warranty or do anything to rectify the problem and left the entire burden of responsibility on the applicator who was approved by themselves I would highly recommend avoiding this product because if things go wrong there is no customer service and way of rectifying the problems without incurring further costs I've included a few photos of the kind of quality of work the applicator did. Those photos are from immediately after it was applied; it got much worse within a few months and had almost entirely fallen away AVOID

Not only has it freshened up our house, more importantly we have noticed a difference right away the house holds the heat far longer and the boiler is running less so there is going to be a good reduction in our fuel bill.
